The Die Attach equipment from Laurier Incorporated is a manual machine for pick and place operations with possibility of reaching a placement accuracy of some µm’s. It is equipped with a microscope, vacuum and air. The instrument is suitable only for small volumes and simple operations (research).

Technical Data: Handles chips or dies with sizes between 1 up to over 25 mm. Lateral placement accuracy of +/- 10 µm.
